Cabins
Cabin Furnishings: Bed Linens, Pillows, Toilet Paper, Bath Soap & Bath Towels.
Daily housekeeping is NOT provided. If you want fresh linens or towels every day, you will need to bring your own.
Kitchens Include: Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Pot (No Filters & No Coffee), Basic Pots & Pans, Eating Utensils, Dishware, Dish Drainer, Hot Holders, and Kitchen Linens.
If you have special items you like using or need to use, you will need to bring them.
Every cabin includes a Propane Heater
Items to Bring:
Food, Coffee, Beverages, Alcohol, Special Pots & Pans, Paper Towels, Paper Plates, Paper Cups, Coffee Filters, Charcoal, Lighter Fluid, Special Grills, Lighter, Flashlights, Lanterns, Lawn Chairs, Hair Dryer, Shampoo, Baby Gates, and any other Personal or Specialty Items.
Wi-Fi: Available for purchase at the Front Desk. Will not work over at Conejos Cabins.
Licenses, Tackle & Grocery Store
Fishing Gear, Bait, Tackle, Camping Gear, Cyclist Gear, and the occasional Motor Equipment are available in our Tackle Shop.
We have a small selection of groceries in the store such as Necessities, Food, Medicine, and Cooking Supplies.
Rent out one of our Gators: $200/Day from 8 am – 6 pm.
4 Seaters w/ Back Storage Area
Fishing Licenses, Hunting Licenses, and ATV Permits are available at the Front Desk.
You will need a Drivers License and/or a previous Fishing License.
Kids under 16 do not need a Fishing License.

We hope you will book your adventure now to enjoy one of the premier summer vacation spots in the Colorado High Country. Enjoy world-class trout fishing in the Conejos River, Platoro Reservoir, or one of the pristine high mountain lakes. Hike or ride your ATV in the most beautiful scenery imaginable. You can also pan for gold, watch for shooting stars, photograph numerous species of birds and wildlife, or just relax on the porch with a book and breathe in the clean mountain air.
Bigfoot sightings abound in the Conejos valley, so be prepared!
