Late Check-Out Fee: A fee of $50 will be charged for each hour (or portion
thereof) past the scheduled check-out time.
Additional Guests: $20 / Night Per Person (rate starts at age 6). Undeclared
guests will be charged at a rate of $40 / Night Per Person.
Cancellation: If a reservation is canceled, we will make every effort to rebook
the cabin. Should we succeed, a refund will be issued, less the credit card processing fee and
applicable taxes.
We want every moment of your stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. If something isn’t quite
right, please let us know as soon as possible so we can take care of it while you’re here.
Although we’re unable to offer refunds, we’ll always do our best to resolve any concerns
promptly.
Septic System: To help prevent clogged drains, please only flush toilet paper.
Do not flush wipes (even “flushable” ones), feminine products, or paper towels. Do not pour
grease, oils, or harsh chemicals down drains.
Fish Cleaning: To comply with state guidelines, fish must be cleaned in the
river. No fish cleaning is allowed inside cabins.
Pet Fee: $25 / Night Per Pet (regardless of size or type). Undeclared pets will
be charged at a rate of $50 / Night Per Pet.
Damage Fees: Any damage caused by pets—such as scratches, stains, or
chewing—will result in fees based on the cost of repair.
Behavior: Pets must be well-mannered, supervised, and under control at all
times.
Clean-Up: Owners are responsible for picking up and properly disposing of pet
waste. Leaving waste behind will result in a $25 cleaning fee.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, all cabins and indoor areas are strictly
non-smoking. If smoking occurs, a cleaning and restoration fee will be applied.
Smoking is permitted only outdoors and away from buildings and common areas.
• Proper Disposal: Guests must extinguish butts fully and dispose of them in a sealed,
fire-safe container.
• Please do not discard butts on the ground, in fire pits, or in trash bins.
• Fines: Improper disposal will result in a $25 fine per item found.
To ensure the safety of all guests, please follow these important rules. We take fire safety
seriously and expect all guests to do the same.
Fire Safety Rules & Associated Fines
• First-Time Use: Before your first bonfire, please notify the Front Desk for a brief
safety demonstration. Failure to do so will result in a $200 fine.
• Nightly Notification: Please inform the Front Desk each evening a fire is planned.
Failure to do so will result in a $50 fine.
• Unattended Fires: Any open fire left unattended will result in a $200 fine.
• Unauthorized Fire Pits: Building personal fire pits is strictly prohibited and will
incur a $200 fine.
• Deck/Porch Restrictions: Fires or grilling on decks and porches are not allowed. Each
violation will result in a $100 fine.
Our cabins offer an authentic mountain experience in a remote and beautiful setting. Because of
our location, you may encounter natural elements like chipmunks, field mice, mosquitoes,
spiders, and bats. During dry or windy periods, dust may enter if windows or doors are left
open.
We take proactive measures to minimize these occurrences, but they cannot be completely
eliminated. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued for experiences related to these natural
conditions. We appreciate your understanding and hope you embrace the unique beauty and
